Where can I consult the status of my order?

To consult the progress of your order, two possibilities are available to you:

2. In your mailbox, you can also check the status of your orders. After each step of your order (validation, shipping, delivery), you will receive an email informing you of the progress status of it.

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times are 2 to 3 working days after confirmation of shipment throughout the French metropolitan area. For foreigners and dom / tom, shipping is made 1 business day after receipt of payment. The delivery period then depends on the delivery country chosen.
